Your support, on autopilot.
Built for Owners Who'd Rather
Text Than File Tickets
If you'd rather send a text than file a ticket, FixBot turns your messages into tracked issues.
Bug Reports by Text
For salons & studios
A salon owner texts what's wrong with her app in plain words. Each message becomes a tracked issue, and clear-cut bugs get a reviewed fix shipped to her phone over the air.
Fixes That Ship
For studios & coaches
On the skate coaching app, AI-written fixes wait for my review, pass CI and ship over the air — no app-store wait.
Text It. It Gets
Fixed.
Three steps. No dashboards to babysit, no tickets to chase.
Text It
You text FixBot like you'd text a person. It reads the message and turns it into a tracked issue.
It Gets Triaged
Clear-cut bugs go to autofix, questions get answered, and big tasks get flagged for you.
Fixed & Shipped
The fix ships over the air, and you get a 'shipped ✓' back in the chat. Done.
Everything Your Support Lane
Needs to Run Itself
Triaged issues
Each message it receives becomes a bug, a question or a task.
Auto-fixed bugs
Clear-cut bugs get fixed and shipped. No waiting on a human to notice.
OTA shipping
Fixes reach your users over the air — no app-store wait, no 'update available'.
Restarts itself
A watchdog health-checks the agent every 5 minutes and replaces it if it's half-dead.
A paper trail
Every fix is a reviewed pull request with a test, and every over-the-air update has a one-line rollback.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about FixBot.
That depends on your setup, so I'd rather not guess a number here. Tell me what you're running and what's breaking, and I'll give you a straight answer on the call. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices — you'll know the number before we start.
Today the loop runs on my machine: your messages come in through a Telegram bot, become issues in your app's GitHub repo, and fixes are written with Claude Code, so Telegram, GitHub and the model provider handle them on the way. I don't sell your data or use it for anyone else's work.
A clear-cut bug is one with a definite fix and a definite test — a broken link, a form that won't submit, a checkout that errors, a page that won't load. Those get auto-fixed and shipped. Bigger asks — new features, redesigns, things that need a human decision — get flagged for you. I'm honest about which is which.
Usually the same day, not guaranteed. A clear-cut bug gets a failing test, a fix and a review before it ships, and the loop runs on my machine, so now and then it waits on me. Anything bigger gets triaged and handed to you with a clear picture of what it is and what it would take.
No. You text it like you'd text a person. FixBot reads the message, figures out what's going on, and either fixes it or tells you what it needs. If you can send a text, you can run your support lane.
They get triaged too. Questions get answered, and bigger tasks get flagged for you with a clear summary. Each message it receives becomes a bug, a question or a task.
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. I'd rather keep you with the work than with a contract.
